Personal Data

I have lived in the Greater Seattle area since 1977 and have gained valuable experience and insight into the market conditions in many areas including; Seattle, the Eastside as well as south to Renton. I operate my business from the Windermere Bellevue West office in Bellevue, but also have a full working office in my home in Seattle. I am the proud mother of two grown children (my son, Rod, passed away June 12, 2010 from ALS - Lou Gehrig's disease) and grandmother of three, who all live in the area.

I enjoy the fabulous Pacific Northwest & take advantage of the many out door activities like; Sailing on the Puget Sound, Lake Union, & Lake Washington, snow skiing at our local ski resorts, & hiking within just a few miles from town or using the convenient walking trails & parks. My son Rod, who at the age of 35 in 2003 was diagnosed  with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease)  and lost his battle on June 12, 2010.  He was blessed to have his daughter, Kaelinn, in his life who was the light of his life.
They were always out and about doing all the normal things a parent does with his child.  This was taken at the 2007 Puyallup fair as Kaelinn rides on the back of Rod's power chair.

One of my four sisters, Nancy, is helping Kaelinn make a custom necklace.
A friend Rick, is busy helping Rod with his power chair.

I am so proud of my son, who in 2002 graduated from College with his bachelor's degree, with highest honors in electrical engineering.

Community Service

Once a year my Windermere Colleagues and I put down our cell phones and log off our computers. On this day, more than 6,000 Windermere agents and staff take time out to work on a community improvement project. Since Community Service Day began in 1984, we've volunteered more than 300,000 hours toward these efforts. I believe in making the neighborhoods that we share a better place to live. The Windermere Foundation Helping Homeless and Low-income Families.

For the last six years, the six offices owned by the Deasy family, with their major financial support, the help of all the agent's and staff have helped special families in need. With a Christmas budget for over 150 families a year, one family member shops for their family, we wrap the gifts and surprise gifts for the shopper. The children take home Christmas presents and good cheer and we all have a wonderful time making Christmas just a little better for many families.
