The green areas show a over supply of listings for the current pending sales.  Yellow indicates it is a balanced market for both buyers and seller and a red would indicate a sellers market.  This is a big change for our area and has opened up many opportunities for both buyers and seller.  We have a thriving economy, very low unemployment and a wonderful place to live.
